KERABU DAGING PATTATA

selalu sangat masak daging gunakan santan..so kita buatlah kerabu..

KERABU DAGING PATTATA
bahan
600 gm daging dibakar dan hiriskan kecik & panjang
1 inci lenkuas muda
2 inci halia muda
10 biji bawang kecil
2 batang serai
1 pokok daun arsli cina
1 sudu besar madu
5 helai daun limau purut
50 gm kelapa parut
1 s/b sos ikan
1 s/b pes tomyam
2 s/b minyak jagung
limau nipis
garam & gula

Cara.
1. Mayangkan semua bahan sayuran.
2. Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk besar.
3. Perahkan jus limau dan gaulkan rata.
4. Hidangkan bersama nasi putih smasa makan tengahari.

KEK KEJU BUAH CAMPUR

Baru-baru ni kak liza telah buat kek untuk majlis bacaan Yassin dirumah kawan..
tetapi ada yg tak sempat merasa..
so mereka suruh buat lagi..

KEK KEJU BUAH CAMPUR

1 biji kek span coklat 10" x 10" x 1"

Bahan krim

250 gm keju dream
1/2 cawan gula halus
1/2 cawan air agar-agar
1 cawan yogurt perisa mangga
1/2 tin buah2 koktel
1/2 cawan air dalam buah2 koktel

Cara:
1, Pukul keju crean dan gula sehingga rata/lembut.
2. Masukkan yogurt dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan air/cecair agar dan kacau rata.
4. Tuangkan atas kek span  dan sapukan rata.
5. Taburkan buah2 koktel dan sejukkan.
6. Potong dan hidangkan.

SOLOK IKAN

selalunya orang pantai timur ni kaya dengan masakan ikan..
semuanya ada ikan..
ada cili dimasukkan ikan..
ini pula...isi ikan ditumbuk dan dimasukkan dalam ikan semula..

SOLOK IKAN
bahan
3 ekor ikan kembung yg besar
10 ulas bawang kecil
1 s/k lada hitam
1/2 biji kelapa parut
1 biji telur
garam secukupnya

Cara
1. Ikan dibersihkan dan buangkan tulang tengahnya.
2. Kikiskan isi ikan perlahan supaya kulit ikan tidak terkoyak. Cincangkan lumat.
3. Tumbukkan bawang, kelapa dan lada hitam.
4, Campurkan telur dan garam dalam aadunan yg ditumbuk & isi ikan. Gaul rata.
5. Masukkan semula kedalam kulit ikan dan bentukkan saperti ikan.
6. Gorengkan ikan tu sehingga masak.
7. Hidangkan bersama nasi putih.

COKLAT CHIP MUFFIN


BAHAN:
bahan A
250 gm butter
40 gm majerin
210 gm gula kastor/halus
5 biji telur ayam

bahan B
210 gm tepung gandum......]
1 sudu teh baking powder....] ayak bersama
50 gm serbuk koko....]
50 ml susu segar/fresh milk
100 gm coklat chips


CARA:
1. Pukul butter, majerin dan gula sehingga gebu/kembang
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan tepung yg diayakkan diselangselikan dengan susu.
4. Masukkan coklat chips.
5. Kacau rata dan masukkan kedalam acuan kertas yg diletakkan dalam 
 muffin tray.
6. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 20 minit.
7. Sejukkan dan jika suka tuangkan coklat cream icing.

PEGAGA





Salah satu herba yang popular dan mendapat tempat di hati masyarakat kita ialah
pegaga. Pegaga merupakan pokok herba saka yang menjalar, tumbuh
ditempat-tempat lembab dan bernaungan. Dahulunya pegaga hanya dimakan
oleh penduduk kampung dan kegunaannya juga terhad. Selain untuk tujuan
perubatan, pegaga biasanya dibuat ulam atau dimasak untuk dijadikan gulai.
Ada juga yang menganggap pegaga ini sebagai rumpai yang menganggu
tanaman mereka.

Tetapi kini masyarakat telah sedar tentang khasiat pegaga. Oleh itu, pegaga
yang dulunya tidak dihiraukan telah mendapat sambutan yang hangat.
Terdapat pelbagai jenis pegaga di Malaysia seperti pegaga nyonya yang
berdaun kecil, pegaga daun lebar, kelantan, renek dan salad. Kesemua pegaga
mempunyai zat makanan seperti protien, gentian, zat besi, vitamin A dan C.


Antara khasiat pegaga adalah:

menyegarkan badan
merawat pitam
mengurangkan berat badan
awet muda
rawatan lepas bersalin
mengukuh tumpuan ingatan
meningkatkan kecergasan minda
menambahkan kekuatan fizikal

Nilai pegaga

Melayu selalunya menjadikan pegaga sebagai ulam bersama sambal dan nasi.

Di Sri Lanka pegag dijadikan bubur dan diberikan pada kanak2 pra-sekolah u
ntuk menhalang kekurang nutrien.

Masak lemak ciliapi pegaga dan ikan cencaru bakar

3 ekor ikan cencaru [bakar dan buangkan kulitnya]

Bahan kisar:
ciliapi [ikut pedas]
3 ulas bawang kecil
1 inci kunyit hidup
1 batang serai

3 cawan santan
pegaga [ikut suka banyak mana nak guna- bersihkan dan potongkan kecil]garam

cara

1. Ikan cencaru dipotong 2.
2. Masukkan bahan kisar, santan, daun pegagadan ikan dalam periuk dan renehkan perlahan2.
3. BIla dah mendideh. tutup api dan hidangkan bersama nasi putih.

Fruit and the Memory  

  
Fruit has a very positive effect on the brains just like carrots. So if you want to
stimulate your brain functions you have to eat much fresh fruit and carrots (raw).
One of the substances that fruit contains are natural sugars. They stimulate the
brain so we can think faster and recall information more quickly. There are many
other substances that fruit contains which scientists think they stimulate the brain.
How this works and which substance is responsible for which effect is still
unknown as of yet and research is done at this very moment.

There are also substances that have a negative effect on the brain functions.

Brain blockers
Here is a list of things that have a negative effect on the functioning of the brains:

White flour, especially in combination with cheese. This forms a sticky substance
in the intestines that costs much energy to digest. Much blood has to be sent to
the digestive system so it cannot be sent to your head;
Refined white sugar;
Turkey; it contains a toxic element that has a strong tiring effect, it makes
you sleepy;
The combination of proteins (meat) and starch (potatoes). These two foods are
burnt in a different way. It will cost your body more energy to burn them
together than apart from each other.

Students: improve your exam results!
We would like to tell you more about how students can improve their results
by changing their eating habits before they have an exam. Fruit is the ultimate
brain fuel!
You can actually improve your test results simply by changing your eating
habits between waking up and doing the exam. The big trick is to consume fruit
effectively. Have only fruit but as much as you want before you do your test and
avoid the brain blocking foods white flour, refined white sugar, meat and dairy.

Check it out yourself once and you'll notice that you can think much more clear
and faster if you have only eaten the right and light stuff before the exam.
Afterwards you can have whatever you want!

Fruit

Golden Cheese Cake

Bebaru masa kak liza p Kuala Lumpur..sempat jugaklah belajo buat kek dari kawan kak liza ..pakar kek

Goden Cheese Cake

Bahan
1 biji span biasa/vanilla nipis dalam acuan bulat 9 inci

Bahan A
250 gm Krim Keju
30 gm mentega
30 gm gula kastor
3 biji kuning telur grade A
2 biji limau kasturi..ambil jusnya
1 s/k esen vanilla

Bahan B
3 biji putih telur grade A
30 gm gula kastor
1/2 s/k cream of tartar

1 s/b tepung jagung

Hiasan..cream coklat cair

Oven setting 140'C
Masa Bakar 1 jam secara steam-bake

Cara:
1. Pukulkan krim keju, mentega, dan gula dalam mangkuk sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur kuning satu persatu.
3. Masukkan perlahan esen vanilla dn jus limau kasturi.
4. Masukkan semua bahan B dalam mangkuk yg lain dan pukul sehingga menjadi ringan dn gebu.
5. Campurkan bahan B kedalam bahan A. Kacau rata.
6. Masukkan tepung jagung kedalam adunan perlahan. Kacau rata.
7. Masukkan adunan dalam acuan yg sedia ada kek span nipis taadi.
8. Masukkan acuan ini dalam acauan yg lebih besar dan masukkan air.
9. Bakar sehingga masak.
10. Kelauarkan kek dan sejukkan. Hiaskan dengan coklat cair.
11. Bila nak potong gunakan pisau pelastik yg telah dicelupkan dalam air panas.

PULUT KUNING

Bahan

1 kg beras pulut [ dibasuhkan]
3 keping asam keping
2 s/b kunyit serbuk...bancuh dan tapiskan
air secukupnya untuk merendam pulut..

daun pisang [untuk lapikkan lubang dalam periuk kukusan]

1 biji kelapa..perahkan [3 cawan santan pekat]
garam
gula

Cara:
1. Rendamkan beras pulut dengan asam keping dan larutan kunyit selama 5 jam
untuk mendapatkana warna kuning. [sekali sekala gaulakan bahan ini supaya
beras pulut ini rata warna kuningnya]
2. Toskan beras pulut dalam tapisan.
3. Panaskan kukusan.
4. Lapikkan daun pisang dalam periuk kukusan.
5. Masukkan pulut dalam kukusan yg telah dilapikkan daun pisang.
6. Kukuskan sehingga naik wap dari tepi periuk.
7. Angkat keluar pulut dan masukkan dalam mangkuk besar.
8. Tuangkan santan yg telah digaulkan dgn garam dan gula.
9. Gaul dan kacau rata santan dan pulut. Masukka semula dalam priuk kukusan.
10. KUkuskan semula sehingga naik wap lagi.
11. Bila telah naik wap, tutup api dapur.
12. Hidangkan pulut dengan rendang atau gulai ayam atau daging.

Tips after having your meals

Kak Liza jumpa infi ni dalam web..so bolehlah kita kongsikan bersama2..

           

I used to think that moving about after meal will help in digesting. But this is not true. Recently I read in a report, content was it's not wise to take a stroll after a meal. After reading I was shock, as I always thought that it help to digest the food taken.

Below are 7 DON'Ts after meal:

* Don't smoke - Experiment from expert prove that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer higher).

* Don't eat fruit immediately - Immediately eat fruit after meal will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

* Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contains a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be harden thus difficult to digest.

* Don't loosen your belt - Loosen belt after meal will easily caused the intestine to be twisted & block.

* Don't bath - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

* Don't walk about - People always say that after meal walk a hundred step will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

* Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake were unable to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

LABU

LABU oh LABU

Labu ni sedap dimakan dan boleh dipelbagaikan....antaranya:

1. Pengat Labu
2. Bingka Labu
3. Lepat Labu
4. Jejemput/Cekodok Labu
5. Puding Labu
6. Talam Labu
7. Sayur Lemak Labu

Kak Liza pernah buat...jejemput labu...sayur lemak labu..lepat labu..

Pengat Labu

bahan
1 biji labu kuning
2 cawan air
1 cawan santan pekat
1 s/b gula merah
4 s/b gula pasir
1 s/b sagu mata ikan [basuhkan dan toskan]

daun pandan disimpulkan
garam

Cara.
1. Labu kuning di buangkan kulit dan biji. Potong kecil dan rebus dengan air + garam & daun pandan.
2. Bila labu dah lembut toskan.
3. Masukkan  santan dan gula.  Masakkan sehingga mendideh.
5. Bila dah mendideh, masukkan sagu mata ikan.
6. Bila sagu dah masak [nampak jernih] tutup api dan hidangkan dalam mangkuk.
